Aluminum cylinder head spark plug repair

This new development solves all of the problems to upgrade the damaged spark plug threads without compromising heat transfer from the spark plug. It is a well known fact that stainless steel cannot transfer heat as fast as aluminum and steel does not expand as much as aluminum when heated. Full-Torque hard anodized thread repair inserts do not prevent the heat from transferring to the surrounding aluminum and they increase the strength of the threads enough that the new spark plug can be tightened to twice the torque of the original aluminum to prevent them from coming loose.
