Repairing cracked bolt holes in diesel engines

LOCK-N-STITCH Inc. has developed a brand new technology for repairing cracked bolt holes better than new called Full-Torque. Used by many engine manufacturers when repairing and remanufacturing engines including Caterpillar, Cummins, Mack truck, International, Ford, John Deere and others. This exciting new product incorporates Spiralhook threads than can actually pull the surrounding metal inward rather than pushing outward. This dramatic thread improvement really gets the job done. Cracked, stripped and badly damaged bolt holes are made stronger than the bolt making it impossible for it to fail again.

Many threaded holes such as pipe threads and spark plug threads required a high pressure seal around the outside. Full-Torque inserts easily seal to perfect the repair. Cast iron often cracks through bolt holes rendering an engine or other expensive casting useless. Old thread repair products actually make a cracked bolt hole weaker by drilling and tapping a larger hole. Exactly the opposite happens when a Full-Torque insert is installed.
